Sharing your details with our global customer service staff allows us to respond when you need us – including helping you find appropriate accommodations and responding to any questions you might have about your reservation (plus any other questions, too).
Account Facilities: iWeekender.com users can create a user account on our websites or apps. We use the information you give us to administer this account, allowing you to do a number of useful things. You can manage your bookings or other purchases, take advantage of special offers, make future reservations easily, and manage your personal settings.
Marketing Activities: We also use your information for marketing activities. These activities may include:
Using your contact information to send you news of travel-related products and services when you make a reservation with us or set up a user account. Responding to and handling any requests you or your booked accommodations have made. iWeekender.com also offers guests and accommodation partners various means to exchange information, requests, and comments about accommodations and existing reservations directed through iWeekender.com.
If you haven't finalized a reservation online, we might email you with a reminder to continue with your reservation. We believe that this additional service benefits you as it allows you to continue with a reservation without having to search for accommodations or fill in your reservation details again.
When you use our services, we might send you a questionnaire or invite you to provide a review about your experience with iWeekender.com.
We may also send you other material related to your reservations, like how to contact iWeekender.com if you need assistance while you're away, and information that we feel might be useful to you in planning your trip or getting the best out of your stay. We may also send you material related to upcoming reservations or a summary of previous reservations you made through iWeekender.com.
Even if you don't have an upcoming reservation, we may need to send you other administrative messages, which can include security alerts.
Market Research: We sometimes ask our customers to take part in market research. Any additional personal details that you give us as part of the market research will be used only with your consent.
Promotion of a Safe and Trustworthy Service: In order to create a trustworthy environment for you, your fellow travelers, iWeekender.com’s business partners, and our accommodation partners, we may use personal data for the detection and prevention of fraud and other illegal or unwanted activities. Similarly, we may use personal data for risk assessment and security purposes, including the authentication of users and reservations. For such purposes, we may have to put certain reservations on hold.
Improving Our Services: We also use personal data for analytical purposes. This is part of our drive to improve our services and enhance the user experience, but can also be used for testing purposes, troubleshooting and to improve the functionality and quality of our online travel services. The main goal here is to optimize and customize our online platform to your needs, making our site easier and more enjoyable to use.
Guest Reviews and Other Destination-related Information: During and after your trip you book through us, you may be invited to submit a guest review. We may also enable guests traveling with you, or on whose behalf you've booked, to provide a review. This invite may ask for information about the accommodations, the destination, and other services you might have booked through iWeekender.com (like attractions).
Account holders can choose to display a review with a screen name instead of their real name (which can be selected in the user account facility). In addition to this, your review can be displayed anonymously. By completing a guest review, you're agreeing that it can be displayed (as described in detail in our Terms & Conditions) on, for example, the relevant accommodation information page on our websites, on our mobile apps, on our social media accounts and social media apps, or on the website of the relevant accommodations or business partner’s website. This is to inform other travelers about the quality of the accommodations you stayed in, the destination you picked, or other services you used.
If you indicate whether a guest review is helpful or not, we'll aggregate this with feedback from other customers in order to sort and prioritize guest reviews. We may use the information in your lists or in other destination-related information you share with us in an anonymous form, unless you've included this information in your public profile. This is to help other travelers like you find the right destination and the best accommodations for their needs.
Call Monitoring: When you make calls to our Customer Service Team, iWeekender.com uses an automated telephone number detection system to relate your telephone number to your existing reservations – this can help save time for both you and our customer support staff. Our customer service staff may still ask for authentication, which ensures your reservation details are kept confidential.
During calls with iWeekender.com support staff, live listening may be done or calls may be recorded for quality control and training purposes. Recordings are kept for a limited amount of time and automatically deleted, unless iWeekender.com has a legitimate interest to keep such recording for a longer period (as reasonably necessary), including for fraud investigation purposes. Any call recordings will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Performance of a Contract: The use of your information may be necessary to perform the contract that you have with us. For example, if you use our services to make an online reservation, we'll use your information to carry out our obligation to complete and administer that reservation under the contract that we have with you.

The data is located on servers in Belgium. We have executed data transfer agreements between our European and US affiliates and our Russian affiliate to allow the data to be transferred securely between countries.
No third parties have access to the User’s personal data unless we are allowed in law or contract to share the User’s personal data or we are required to do so for our legal and/or regulatory requirements or other legitimate business interests. (In any event, no such third party is allowed to separately contact you at any time for any reason.)
We may provide information about you to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or governmental regulations, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We have a reasonable and appropriate data security framework in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of the User’s personal data in iWeekender. More information on this framework can be obtained from our representative whose email address is at the end of this Privacy Notice.
We retain the User’s personal data for the period for which we provide the User with the Service and for a further period of seven months to comply with applicable laws to keep the User’s personal data and for our legitimate business interests in maintaining records for this period. After this period has expired, the personal data relating to the User’s use of the Site will be deleted. Any personal data which the User has provided to us for marketing purposes will be kept until the User notifies us that he/she no longer wishes to receive this information.

In order to remain in full compliance with all applicable national laws and regulations of the European Union, We provide You with all the mandatory information before entering into the Service Agreement:
Service Description. Our Services shall consist of the following:
Displalying the events with travel deals and ticket options on Our Website;
Displaying the offered Flights and their combination on Our Website;
Displaying the offered Accommodation on Our Website;
Brokerage of the Contract of Carriage between You and the Selected Carrier, Accommodation provider and Event ticket provider;
Delivery of the Flight tickets (itinerary) for the selected Flight(s), hotel confirmation number and event ticket number (if applicable) which You have purchased in accordance, as a result of the Booking.
Performance of online check-in (in the event that it is available and/or is stated in Your e-ticket) with regard to the respective Flight(s) within your Booking.
Beyond the provision of the previously described Services We provide You with Our Optional services in the form of the iWeender Guarantee in case of Flight cancellation, Flight schedule change, Flight Delay or event cancelation, as specified in Art. 17 hereof.
The terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel—related goods and services that you select. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. In particular, if you have purchased an airfare, please ensure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the Supplier, which can be found on the Supplier’s website. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.
iWeekender may offer Customers the opportunity to book a reservation for a combination of two one—way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket. Combined one-way tickets may provide a greater choice of flights, are often cheaper and can be combined on the same airline or on different airlines. Unlike roundtrip tickets, each one-way ticket is subject to its own rules, restrictions, and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline change (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes a Customer to make changes to the other flight, the Customer will be responsible for any fees incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight.
For certain low-cost carriers, the price of your flight has been converted from a different currency for convenience purposes to provide you an estimate of the amount of the purchase in your local currency. As a result, when you book, the amount charged to your credit card by the airline may be slightly different due to currency fluctuations. Your statement may also include a applicable fee from your card issuer to process the transaction plus any applicable taxes for international purchases.
Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials carried on your person.
You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
iWeekender is not liable for any costs incurred due to hotel relocation.
Travelers have many options on to help them find the perfect activity, flight and hotel. The “filter” settings at the top of the page allows travelers to order search results to their preference, whether based on price, verified review score, or other criteria. The “filter” settings also allow travelers to include or exclude various options to suit their travel needs. If no options are selected, we will show a range of relevant options in the search results, based on the criteria outlined below:
Accommodation: Our default sort order reflects the relevance of properties to your search criteria, as we want to make sure you are able to quickly and easily find the offer that is right for you. We measure relevance by taking into account factors like a property’s location, its review scores, the popularity of the property (measured by how many travelers on our sites make bookings at that property), the quality of the content provided by the property, and the competitiveness of the property’s rates and availability, all relative to other properties meeting your chosen search criteria. On our non-default sorts (e.g., by price or by star rating), properties with similar results will be ordered based on the factors above.
Flights: Our default sort order is based on lowest price. In cases where two flights have the same price, the shorter flight is listed first.
Events & Activities: Our default sort order is manually curated by iWeekender’s destination managers familiar with each market, taking into account such factors as price, popularity, distance from hotel options, and traveler feedback.
Additionally, we continually optimize our service to provide the best experience to travelers. Accordingly, we may test different default sort order algorithms from time to time.
Prepaid hotel reservation. You acknowledge that the iWeekender pre-negotiate certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations. You also acknowledge that the iWeekender provide you services to facilitate such booking of reservations for a consideration (the "facilitation fee"). The room rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by the iWeekender and the facilitation fee retained by iWeekender for their services. You authorize iWeekender to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, service fees, and where applicable, taxes on the iWeekender services. You agree that your credit card will be charged by the iWeekender for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize the iWeekender, to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers.
You acknowledge that except as provided below with respect to tax obligations on the amounts we retain for our services, the iWeekender do not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities. The tax recovery charges on prepaid hotel transactions are a recovery of the estimated taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc.) that the iWeekender Companies pay to the hotel supplier for taxes due on the hotel's rental rate for the room. The hotel suppliers invoice the iWeekender for certain charges, including tax amounts. The hotel suppliers are responsible for remitting applicable taxes to the applicable taxing jurisdictions. None iWeekender act as co-vendor with the supplier with whom we book or reserve our customer's travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. The actual tax amounts paid by the iWeekender to the hotel suppliers may vary from the tax recovery charge amounts, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel by our customers. We retain service fees as additional compensation in servicing your travel reservation. Service fees retained by the iWeekender for their services vary based on the amount and type of hotel reservation.
You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours) prior to your date of arrival, you will be subject to a charge equal to applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with us no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation.
Sales, use and/or local hotel occupancy taxes are imposed on the amounts that we charge for our services (service fee and/or facilitation fee) in certain jurisdictions. The actual tax amounts on our services may vary depending on the rates in effect at the time of your hotel stay.
You may not book reservations for more than 8 rooms online for the same hotel/stay dates. If we determine that you have booked reservations for more than 8 rooms in total in separate reservations, we may cancel your reservations, and charge you a cancellation fee, if applicable. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to book reservations for 9 or more rooms, you must contact iWeekender's group travel specialists by phone at +37166163116 or by filling out the group travel request at Help center online. One of our group travel specialists will research your request and contact you to complete your reservation. You may be asked to sign a written contract and/or pay a nonrefundable deposit.
Some hotel suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by iWeekender for your hotel booking.
Pay now or pay later details. With certain hotels, you may be presented with the option to pay online now or pay later at the hotel. If you select the “Pay Online Now” option, iWeekender will charge the amount to your credit card in selected currency immediately. If you select “Pay Later at the Hotel”, the hotel will charge your credit card in the local currency at the time of your stay. Please note that taxes and fees vary between the two payment options. Tax rates and foreign exchange rates could change in the time between booking and stay.
Currency. All ticket prices for events that occur in particular region are stated in local currency. For example all ticket prices for events that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars, in Canada are stated in Canadian Dollars.
Payment Methods.Payment Methods. We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. iWeekender.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American express in some regions.
Who You Are Buying From. iWeekender acts as the agent to those who provide events, such as venues, teams, artist representatives and fan clubs, promoters and leagues ("Event Providers"). When you purchase a ticket for an event that is located in the United States or other regions, then iWeekender will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event Provider. For some events iWeekender redirect customers to a website of Event Providers to complete purchaise. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
Pricing and Availability. We sell tickets on behalf of Event Providers, which means we do not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. However, we do not control this inventory or its availability.
Order Confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm via your iWeekender account or iWeekender customer service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Service Fees and Order Processing Fees. Tickets purchased on our Site are typically subject to a per ticket service fee and a non-refundable per order processing fee. You may be able, in some instances, to purchase tickets directly from the venue box office without paying our service fee.
Number of Tickets or "Ticket Limits". When purchasing tickets on our Site, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice to you if you exceed the posted limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
Ticket features. iWeekender can offer only Print-at-Home or Credit Card Entry delivery tickets (if the event offers it). All merchandise, VIP package elements, fan club memberships, and ticket insurance originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable.
Canceled and Rescheduled Events. Occasionally, concerts are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed concert, please check the concert information online or contact us.
If an event is canceled, and you purchased your ticket through iWeekender.com, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card or debit card that you used to purchase that ticket. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the Event Provider may set refund limitations. Please contact us for more information or to request a refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled event. Please make sure to include/provide your account number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by Event Providers generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. In addition, we may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original onsale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads of travel deal.
You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and we may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and all service fees. In no event will delivery charges or any other amounts be refunded. For ticket insurance refunds, please contact the insurance provider. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
Billing Information Verification. Orders are subject to credit card approval and processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. In these cases, iWeekender customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
E- tickets. Events presented at iWeekender are taking place at venues has installed and enabled equipment necessary to support e-tickets technology. E-ticket you may print out on a printer.
Pricing and Other Errors. If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other iWeekender operated system.
Multiple Browser Windows. When ordering tickets online with us, please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value. Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to us and the Event Provider(s) to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
You Are Subject to Search. You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation.
